1. Introduction

MAHIDHAR INFORMATION SERVICES LLP, operating cmdPad Learning Management System, believes in helping our students as far as possible and has therefore established a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed for course enrollments, program registrations, and related services.

By enrolling in any course or program on cmdPad, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

2. General Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Timeframe

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of the enrollment date. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if:

  • The course or program has already started and you have accessed course materials
  • You have completed more than 20% of the course content
  • The enrollment has been processed and access has been granted to premium features
  • You have received certificates, credentials, or completion badges
2.2 How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you must:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at support@padaayi.com
  • Provide your enrollment details, including order number and course/program name
  • State the reason for cancellation
  • Submit the request within the 7-day cancellation window

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 Days of Enrollment: Full refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days and no significant course content has been accessed (less than 20% completion)
  • Course Not Started: Full refund if the course or batch has not yet started and you cancel before the start date
  • Technical Issues: Refund or alternative solution if you experience persistent technical issues that prevent access to course materials
  • Course Cancellation by Us: Full refund if we cancel a course or program before it starts
  • Batch Postponement: Full refund if a batch is postponed and you choose not to continue with the new schedule
3.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Free courses or trial enrollments (no payment made)
  • Courses where more than 20% of content has been completed
  • Certificates or credentials that have been issued
  • Downloadable materials that have been accessed
  • Enrollments that have exceeded the 7-day cancellation window
  • Special promotional offers or discounted courses (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
3.3 Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be considered:

  • If you have accessed between 20% and 50% of course content, a partial refund (up to 50% of the enrollment fee) may be considered
  • If a course is cancelled mid-way due to instructor unavailability, a prorated refund may be provided
  • Special circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team

4. Course-Specific Policies

4.1 Short-Term Events and Webinars

For short-term events, webinars, and demo sessions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the event start time
  • No refunds will be processed if cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the event
  • If you miss the event due to technical issues on our end, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided
4.2 Long-Term Training Programs

For long-term training programs and batch enrollments:

  • Cancellation before batch start date: Full refund
  • Cancellation within first week of batch start: 80% refund (20% administrative fee)
  • Cancellation after first week: No refund, but enrollment may be transferred to a future batch (subject to availability)
  • If batch is postponed by more than 30 days: Full refund option available
4.3 Self-Paced Courses

For self-paced courses with lifetime or extended access:

  • 7-day full refund policy applies if less than 20% content accessed
  • After 7 days, no refunds are available for self-paced courses
  • Access to course materials will be revoked upon refund processing

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved by MAHIDHAR INFORMATION SERVICES LLP:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of approval
  • Payment Gateway Processing: Additional 3-7 business days may be required for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during enrollment
5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card (3-7 business days)
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account (1-3 business days)
  • Razorpay: Refunded to your original payment method (3-7 business days)
  • Bank Transfer: Processed via NEFT/IMPS (3-5 business days)
5.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. If currency conversion occurred during the original transaction, the refund amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. We are not responsible for any differences in exchange rates.

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing course materials:

  • Report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of enrollment
  • Our technical team will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue
  • If the issue cannot be resolved and significantly impacts your learning experience, a full refund will be provided
  • Alternative solutions (course transfer, extended access) may be offered at our discretion
6.2 Course Quality Issues

If you believe the course content does not meet the description or your expectations:

  • Report your concerns to our Customer Service team within 7 days of accessing the course
  • Our team will review your complaint and the course content
  • If the complaint is valid, we will offer a refund or alternative course enrollment
  • All decisions will be made at the discretion of our support team
6.3 Instructor or Content Changes

If significant changes are made to course content or instructor after your enrollment:

  • You will be notified of any major changes
  • If changes significantly alter the course from what was advertised, you may request a refund
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of being notified of the changes
6.4 Duplicate Enrollments

If you accidentally enroll in the same course multiple times:

  • Contact support immediately to report the duplicate enrollment
  • We will process a full refund for duplicate enrollments
  • This must be reported within 48 hours of the duplicate enrollment

7. Batch and Event Cancellations

7.1 Batch Postponements

If a training batch is postponed:

  • You will be notified of the new start date
  • You may choose to continue with the new schedule or request a full refund
  • Refund requests for postponed batches must be made within 7 days of notification
  • Your enrollment will be automatically transferred to the new batch if no action is taken
7.2 Event Slot Cancellations

For multi-day events and webinars:

  • Cancellation before event start: Full refund
  • Missing a single event slot: No refund, but access to recordings may be provided
  • If the entire event is cancelled by us: Full refund or rescheduling option
7.3 Low Enrollment Cancellations

If a batch or course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment:

  • You will be notified at least 7 days before the scheduled start date
  • Full refund will be processed automatically
  • Alternative enrollment options may be offered

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with a refund decision:

  • You may request a review by escalating to our management team
  • Provide detailed documentation supporting your refund request
  • We will conduct a thorough review and respond within 5-7 business days
  • All decisions made by our management team are final

For enrollments made before a policy change, the policy in effect at the time of enrollment will apply to that specific enrollment.
