5.1 General Refund Terms
  • Course Enrollments: Refunds are eligible within 7 days of purchase, subject to the terms specified in our Refund Policy
  • Digital Content: Once course materials have been accessed (more than 20% completion), refunds may not be available
  • Live Sessions & Events: Cancellation and refund policies vary by event type and are specified at the time of enrollment
  • Batch Enrollments: Refund eligibility depends on the batch start date and content access, as detailed in our Refund Policy
5.2 Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@padaayi.com with your transaction details, enrollment information, and reason for refund. Refund processing timelines are outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All Content provided through the Services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, images, software, code, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by MAHIDHAR INFORMATION SERVICES LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and Content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
